Our leadership philosophy is anchored in courage, humility,
and inspiration to others. Winston Churchill said, “Courage is
what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it
takes to sit down and listen.” The spirit of this statement is at
the root of our approach. In addition to taking a stand,
speaking out, and listening intentionally, courage requires
quick and decisive action, as well as making tough decisions
and accepting responsibility for the outcome.
